Kevin Bristow's 1971 DATSUN 240-Z, As Sponsored by M.J.P.(Eastern Auto), of Brentwood, Essex, Great Britain for 1996. Mike Feeney (Proprietor) of M.J.P. , invites you all to visit his Web Site at:http://www.lightman.co.uk/mjp/ [Mike is a long time Z Car Fan and welcomes all Z Car People at M.J.P.]

Kevin's 1971 DATSUN 240Z pictured above: was prepared for rallying at his own workshops near Aylesbury. It incorporates many of the original 70s Works Rally car features, using triple Mikuni Solex carbs. and the original Nissan FIA front ventilated brakes. Works car rally wheels are a valued extra. As you can see in the picture the car is set up to corner in the traditional "tail-happy" stance, even on dry tarmac. On loose surfaces, it is readily throttle and handbrake controlled.

Kevin's success along with team mate James Morris, in the domestic Motor Sport Classic Trophy has been a class win on every outing, second or third overall at every outing and a second overall in the championship just behind the Triumph TR8 of Charles Golding.

Congratulations to Kevin and James from MJP and the IZCC!!
